RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every Old Knee Jiu-Jitsu product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or choosing the wrong color.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue qualifies, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment.

SIZE & COLOR SELECTION

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the incorrect size or color was selected during checkout. Please double-check your selection and consult the size guide before ordering.

If the product you receive is mislabeled or is different from the size or color you actually ordered, contact us and we’ll make it right.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once fulfillment has begun.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
