SHIPPING POLICY
All Old Knee Jiu-Jitsu products are made to order. Once you place your order, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for production before it ships.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $4.95 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be produced before shipment. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both fulfillment and shipping time when available.
During holidays, product launches, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control, fulfillment or carrier transit times may take longer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at oldkneejiujitsu@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at oldkneejiujitsu@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.
For damaged or incorrect products, please include clear photos showing the problem when possible.
Please report problems within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages that appear to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Old Knee Jiu-Jitsu is currently set up primarily for shipping within the United States. Additional countries and shipping destinations may be added in the future.
